Care/Details How the virtual gift card works Choose the amount: select the value for your gift card. Enter recipient’s details: provide their name and email. Want to give the gift card in person? Just enter your own email, and you’ll receive a printable PDF attached to the gift card. Include a personal message: add a heartfelt message for the recipient to make it even more special. You can also upload your own image in the “your image” box to personalise the gift card. Online delivery now or schedule for later. You can choose to send it immediately for instant delivery to their email inbox or schedule it for a later date that suits you. Just look for this option in the “Delivery on” field, right after the “Message” field. Add to cart and continue to checkout. Once you complete the payment, the gift card will be automatically sent to the gift recipient. You’ll also receive a copy of the gift card in your email, so you can see what your friend or family member has received. Just enter your email address on the Checkout page after adding the gift card to your cart. Redeeming the gift card The gift card will be sent to the recipient’s email with a special code they can use at checkout to redeem it. The card never expires and can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is gone. Recipients can choose to use the gift card in one go or spread their spending across multiple purchases. For example, if the gift card is for €50 and they buy a plant for €25, they’ll have €25 left for next purchase. They can easily check the remaining balance by scanning the QR code attached to their gift card or by entering the code at checkout.
