Each item comes with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring that only the ashes you provided are in the memorial glass.Keeping Your Pet’s AshesMany people choose to keep their pet’s ashes at home. Some are unsure what to do with them, others aren’t ready to make a decision, and some simply want to keep their pet close. It’s important to follow your own feelings about how to handle your pet’s ashes. Well-meaning advice, such as scattering or burying the ashes, may not align with your own desires. You’ll know when the time is right for you.Splitting the AshesIf there are no religious considerations, consider keeping a small portion of your pet’s ashes for a memorial piece. You might scatter or bury the majority in a meaningful place, like a favourite walk or the sea. Keeping a small amount allows you to create a lasting tribute when you are ready.The ProcessWhen you order a glass memorial, we will send you a kit to securely send a small amount of ashes (about a teaspoon) to us. Once we receive the ashes, we will confirm their safe arrival and deliver them to our local glassmaker. The ashes are securely stored and then transformed into your glass memorial. After cooling, we can add an engraving if requested.
