Our pasta is traditionally produced with a slow drying process at low temperatures that maintains its exquisite flavour and ‘al dente’ texture after cooking. Only local crops are selected and the best grains harvested to ensure high nutritional standards and a perfect flavour. Our pasta is produced in a natural and traditional manner. By adding only water, a highly digestible product is obtained that nourishes and has got a low glycaemic index. Gluten free brown rice pasta has a more accentuated colour and flavour than refined rice pasta and is naturally rich in potassium and magnesium, it is also highly digestible.
